The Tales of Arca are a series of Novels and Novellas that tell the story of the third planet to host sentient life in one of the many universes in the known omniverse. 

These Dark, Sci Fi, Fantasy Stories depict the lives of the Arcans, a humanoid species descended from gods. Their world develops quickly due to their advanced intellect, yet their ethics and principals are rather archaic.

While some strive for peace through technological developments and financial acquisitions, others await the return of the gods and dedicate their lives to ancient practices.

Their world is ruled by an ancient, once religious group called The Mardern. Once servants to the kings of the first light, the Mardern now protect the people of Arca from the threat of Huido, a powerful and dangerous ancient practice which most learn as children. The laws of Arca are written by the Mardern but enforced by The Arn Guard. A global military and once army to the kings, the Arn Guard answer only to the Mardern.

As the Mardern continue to destroy the history of Arca, protecting people from the disasters of the past, the people of Arca begin to revolt, joining together to reveal the truth and put a stop to the manipulative, tyrannical reign of the Mardern and their sinister, enigmatic leaders.

All the while, a far darker threat looms, with Arca’s only hope resting upon the shoulders of her innocent children.

The Novella Series

The Tales of Arca Novellas tell the stories of a particular set of characters who all play a significant part in Arca’s battle for power and peace. These character focused, dark, bloody, heart warming and often tragic tales, focus specifically on the characters, their origins, their personalities, and the futures that await them.

Although they could be considered a light read, each book packs in vital plot threads, character arcs and crucial objects and items, making each Novella a must read for fans of the Novel series.

The Novel series

The meat and bones of this fantastic story, are the novels. These books not only tell the story of Arca’s most devastating conflicts, but also its rich history, and incomprehensible future.
